Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These terms govern your use of QuaLux Decor and any order you place with us. QuaLux Decor is operated by RosaRose Boutique, registered in the Netherlands. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the store.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean RosaRose Boutique; “you” means you as an individual and any organisation you're ordering on behalf of.

Using the store

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the store for browsing and shopping. You agree not to:

Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the store
Copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from it
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
Use automated tools to scrape, overload or interfere with the store or its security

Orders and contract formation

Adding items to your basket is not an order, and our product pages are an invitation to buy rather than a binding offer. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or the order is flagged by fraud screening. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.

Prices and availability

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency you select. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Product images are representative; small variations in colour, grain and finish are normal on handmade items and are not defects.

Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before processing rather than fulfilling at a clearly incorrect price.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your 30-day return window alongside your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, and you can follow your parcel on our Track My Order page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that we reasonably suspect is being used fraudulently.

Liability

We are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — these terms cover consumer use only.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Your feedback

If you send us suggestions or ideas about our products or store, you agree we may use them freely and without payment. We won't treat unsolicited suggestions as confidential.

Third-party links and services

The store may link to or embed services we don't operate. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability, and your use of them is at your own risk under their terms.

Changes to the store and these terms

We may update, improve or discontinue parts of the store. We may also revise these terms; the version in force when you order is the version that applies to that order. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch courts. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We'd much rather resolve things directly — please contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out.
